A Barking Christmas

Merry Christmas my lovely readers,
Yesterday my family threw me a mock Christmas as I will be missing the traditional Thornton celebrations this year. It was filled with everything that I put requests in for including chicken, potato salad, roast vegies & loads of desserts.
On Saturday night the festivities were started. With the help of my long life friend Brigette, I put up the christmas tree and stood back looking at it in awe. The festive season is by far one of my favourite times of the year. You see all the family members whom throughout the year seem to disappear into the wild & you just don't see. You get to eat much more than your body can handle and no-one can judge you because they all do the same. You get to wear party hats, tell stupid jokes & tales of your amazing year, exchange gifts & watch lame kids Christmas movies (which are secretly a major highlight of Christmas eve for me) Plus everyone just seems so jolly, which is always a bonus. When I have kids I am going to be one of the over the top mothers who goes to extreme lengths decorating the house and making Christmas perfect for my children. As there is nothing more magical than Christmas time for children, when they still believe Santa lands on your roof with a sled full of toys and dashing reindeer's munching down the carrots you leave out for them. I wish I was still naive enough to believe in the magic of Christmas.

However I love the fact I am old enough to, in exactly a week, explore the world for myself.

Sunday. Barking Dog. Sex on the beach. Swimming. Jukebox. Creepy. Walking. Walking. Awkward. Chupa Chup. Fourplay. Vodka & raspberry. Fights. Taken out. Wonky table. Minimal Crowd. Cute. NO. Cute. NO. Cute. NOOOO. LEAVE ME ALONE. ANGEELLLL. Glaring death stare eyes. Cassette Kids. Dancing. McCreepy. Taxi. Angels Car. Sleeeeeeeep. Goodnight.

ON this day, next week I will be packing and getting super hyped about leaving for Europe.
And probably extremely hung over from Sins. OHHH WEELLLL. The joy of living! Hip Hip Hooray!
